The Canadian-born hockey star recently listed the five-bedroom, 5,586-square-foot home for $5,200,000. He paid $2,150,000 for it in 2021.

The two-story contemporary was built in 2003 and has been extensively remodeled. It’s located in the private Canyon Fairways community in the Summerlin area. The monthly homeowners association fee is $580, and it includes access to golf courses, basketball courts, parks, playgrounds, and 24/7 security.

Marchessault, 33, was selected by the Golden Knights in the 2017 NHL expansion draft and is an original member of the beloved Vegas squad. He’s been elected to five All-Star teams and won the Conn Smythe Trophy as the post-season MVP when the Golden Knights skated away with the Stanley Cup in 2023.
