Four police officers were rushed to hospital after their cars collided during a search for a stolen vehicle.
The Queensland Police officers were searching a stolen car carrying three people in Goodna, west Brisbane, when a marked police car performed a U-turn at about 9.25pm on Thursday.
The second police vehicle, an unmarked Kia Sorento, then collided with the driver’s side of the Toyota, causing extensive damage.
The collision caused extensive damage to the unmarked car, and both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
All four officers were taken to the Mater Private Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
The whereabouts of the stolen vehicle remain unknown.
