All-Star point guard Chris Paul, who spent the 2023-2024 season with the Golden State Warriors, recently found a buyer for his 12,830-square-foot mansion in Encino, CA.
The NBA great listed the 1.35-acre property for $16,495,000 in June and sold it a month later for $15,150,000.
