Konami is committed to releasing new Silent Hill games after a strong Q1 2024 performance, with the Silent Hill 2 remake launching later this year. Silent Hill Townfall and Silent Hill F are still in development with no official release window announced yet. There’s not much information about former, but the latter is the nineth mainline entry in the series.

The two most recent entries in the series are Silent Hill: Ascension and Silent Hill: The Short Message. Unfortunately, the reception for both games has been negative from both fans and critics alike.

Silent Hill 2 remake is set to launch on October 7 for PC and PS5. A new Silent Hill movie is also in production right now, called Return to Silent Hill, which will see both Pyramid Head and Dark Nurses returning from the original movies.
