Clint Harp, host of Magnolia Network’s “Restoration Road,” has at last sold his Waco, TX, home.

The home was initially listed in 2021 for $899,000. It came back on the market this year, and in May, the price was reduced from $650,000 to $550,000.

Harp, who was Chip and Joanna Gaines‘ carpenter on “Fixer Upper,” had also offered the renovated residence as a short-term rental.

The 1913 property was fully restored with the help of Chip and Joanna on Season 1 of their show. It’s now a gorgeous five-bedroom, 3.5-bath gem.

The 2,738-square-foot residence features high ceilings, new windows, and shiny wood floors. The renovation included a new front porch, new roof, and fresh siding. Mechanicals such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC were also replaced.

Harp built some of the furnishings, including the custom front door and the large kitchen island. The cooking space also boasts a marble island, a subway tile backsplash, open shelving, and a built-in desk.

The first-floor primary suite is an elegant retreat with space for a sitting area, and the black-and-white tiled bathroom has a claw-foot tub.

Outside, a pergola offers welcome shade in the backyard.

Harp wasn’t always a TV personality He worked in sales before ditching it to follow his dream of becoming a builder. With his wife, Kelly, Harp started Harp Design Co., a company that makes eco-friendly furniture.

Harp appeared in many “Fixer Upper” episodes alongside the Gaineses, creating masterful pieces of furniture from salvaged wood. Along with his network jobs, Harp hosts a podcast called “Man Unmade.”
