Hunter Woodhall and wife Tara Davis-Woodhall are the darlings of the Paris Olympics, captivating the world with their adorable displays of affection—and stellar athletic skills.

On Thursday, Davis-Woodhall, 25, achieved a goal that most can only dream of: winning Olympic gold in the long jump final. Her performance made headlines around the world and so, too, did her proud husband’s elated reaction.

Proving that Paris most certainly is the City of Love, 25-year-old Woodhall, who is set to compete in the Paralympics, was seen enjoying a passionate embrace with his wife just moments after her victory was sealed.

But while their romance has been on full display in France, the couple’s love story has largely played out thousands of miles away in their shared hometown of Fayetteville, AR.

It’s there that the couple, who wed in 2022, have pursued athletic glory, while also forging successful careers as social media stars and—perhaps most surprisingly—budding real estate moguls.

Alongside their time-consuming training, the duo have been quietly building up quite the impressive array of homes in Arkansas, purchasing their second property when they were just 22.

Although they now consider the state to be their home, the pair actually met many miles away, at a track meet in Pocatello, ID, when they were both high school students.

Woodhall then traveled to the University of Arkansas, while Davis-Woodhall went to the University of Georgia, before later transferring to the University of Texas.

Having completed her college career, she packed up and moved to Arkansas to start her life with Woodhall.

The attractive residence features a vaulted ceiling, brick fireplace, and open layout.

Built in 2019, the three-bedroom home features 2.5 baths, a kitchen with stainless appliances, and a sweet deck by the front door.

Purchased by an LLC connected to the couple in September 2021 for $460,000, this three-bedroom home in Fayetteville currently serves as a short-term vacation rental.

While it likely provided some rental revenue, the couple put it back on the market in 2022 with a list price of $520,000.

Since then, it’s bounced on and off the market at a variety of price points. Currently listed for $530,000, it’s pending sale.

Clean contemporary lines fill the open-concept downstairs space. Polished concrete floors, quartz countertops, and a cute back patio with a small piece of lawn complete the package.

When the Woodhalls need to get away from the world, perhaps they head over to their 7-acre parcel for some quietude. More than likely, it’s a site for future development.

They purchased the plot of land in 2022 for $419,500, scoring a discount on the list price of $500,000.

The land abuts a new park in town as well as a big system of mountain biking and running trails. And there’s even a little pond on the property.

Just minutes from the university, this petite home is the perfect perch for students or first-time homebuyers. The Woodhalls snagged it in late 2021 for $260,000.

It features three bedrooms, two baths, and a bevy of upgrades.

Updates included a new roof, updated HVAC, fresh carpets, and new blinds. The dwelling comes with Ring security and a Nest thermostat.

This home appeared on the couple’s popular YouTube channel, where they documented the transformation of the tired exterior.

Purchased for $240,000 in 2021, it’s likely either a flip or an incoming-generating rental property.

Built in 1955, it’s a two-bedroom home with plenty of charm. Hardwood floors and new carpet line the rooms, including a third bonus space that could be used for sleeping. The lot is large here, and there’s a carport plus extra parking in the rear.
