Everything is bigger in Texas—and we’re not just talking about monster-size hail or those 10-gallon hats.

This time, it’s a massive compound made up of six separate houses and spread over 24 acres in the Houston suburb of Spring. And with that huge chunk of property comes a very hefty price tag: $15 million.

The incredible estate is being sold by a local megachurch, the New Light Christian Center Church, having served for many years as the residence of its founder, Bishop I.V. Hilliard.

The estate was classified by Hilliard as a parsonage, meaning that he has not had to pay any property taxes on it.

In 2021, an attorney for the church told the Houston Chronicle that the property’s primary use was as a “minister’s retreat and conference center,” which made it eligible for tax breaks.

The compound was built in 1999.

A church compound with opulent amenities

The main house is “magazine worthy,” the listing notes. It kicks off with an entryway that wouldn’t be out of place in Vegas, and continues with numerous bedrooms, an untold number of bathrooms, and many wide-open living spaces.

A big renovation in 2020 freshened up the interiors. Elegant finishes include granite in the baths and the two wet bars and updated fixtures throughout. High-end amenities include a home theater, a hair salon, a banquet hall, and a commercial kitchen.

The primary bedroom boasts a 25-foot ceiling, an exercise area, and a bathroom with a sunken jetted tub.

There’s a breakfast bar and a long island in the kitchen.

The estate comes with an oversize pool with spa, a tennis court, an office complex with fitness center, a volleyball court, and a pond stocked with bass.

Of course, there’s room for cars—22 to be exact. Spring is a suburb of Houston, about 26 miles away.

The area became the subject of national media attention in 2016 as the hometown of Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, whose parents even opened a training facility there.

What could be next for the compound?

Possibilities here are many. According to the listing, the property could serve as a family compound, a small hotel, or an event space for weddings and reunions.

“Ever dreamed of owning your own family compound or neighborhood? Operating your own bed and breakfast? Wedding venue? Event center? Then you must see this luxurious estate,” it urges.

Texas is more popular than ever, thanks to the “ cowgirl core” trend and the crowds of people who have decided to make the Lone Star State their home.

Per Derek Loebbecke, a real estate agent with Texas Ranch Sales, “Texas has had an influx of people since COVID, ranging from celebrities to average Americans.”

A home theater comes with the property.

Establishment Media Attempt to Cover Up How Few Illegal Aliens Biden-Harris Administration Deported from U.S.

The establishment media are suggesting that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is deporting more illegal aliens than former President Donald Trump did, even as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) data shows otherwise. Politico, for example, seemingly credits Biden for Title 42 — the public health order that
