A-list couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are having a busy summer. The actors each had a major movie to promote. For him, it was the blockbuster “Deadpool and Wolverine,” and for her, it’s the film based on the popular novel “It Ends With Us.”
Naturally, we imagine the successful celebrities, who are also parents to four children and are often seen out and about on the red carpet, would have a fancy real estate portfolio to match.
Let’s take a look at the upscale abodes the duo call home. While we don’t know a lot, the two have offered glimpses of their private residences on social media.
Tribeca condo
The “Gossip Girl” alum has a love for fashion and showcases her styles for her 45.8 million followers on Instagram. From those shots, we also have some interior views of her pretty properties.
A regular on the red carpet, Lively looks to have a closet of haute couture—and an apartment in New York City to hold many of her fashionable fits.
According to multiple reports, the couple have a rustic-style condo in a chic Tribeca building. It’s a celebrity hot spot, as it’s been home to Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lawrence, and Harry Styles, among others.
Once a 19th-century book bindery, the building was converted into luxe residences with unique character. It now offers 53 loft-style homes and eight penthouses.
Offering the “highest degree of service,” the building also provides on-site, 24/7 staff.
Lively and Reynolds, who tied the knot in 2012, must love the history combined with the convenience of the paparazzi-proof building.
We don’t know specifically which unit they picked, but they had an option of a variety of spaces, including loft or penthouse.
Custom kitchens designed by Christopher Peacock are encased in wood and fluted glass cabinetry with 2-inch-thick Calacatta marble on the kitchen islands. Primary baths feature slabs of marble behind a free-standing tub, radiant floor heating, and a glass-enclosed rain shower with built-in bench.
Residents also enjoy an indoor pool, fitness center, wine lockers, and other high-end amenities. And paparazzi-averse residents can enter the building through a private garage, another huge perk.
In this Instagram shot, you can take a look at their rustic-style bedroom.
Here’s another peek at the place. Note the hardwood floor underneath Lively’s pink pumps.
Pound Ridge, NY
When in need of country life away from the bustling city, the family can escape to their suburban home, about an hour’s drive from Manhattan.
According to property records, the two picked up a place in Pound Ridge, NY, in 2012 for $5.7 million.
Built in 1860, the seven-bedroom property offers 7,594 square feet of living space. The lovely 12-acre parcel appears to have a converted barn on the premises, as well as stone walls, a stocked pond, and orchards.
Here’s a view of the pretty place in Westchester County from a post on Reynolds’ Instagram account. The stylish woman is his mom.
