A Victoria’s Secret patron was badly hurt due to an “inconspicuously placed” display at the chain’s flagship store on Fifth Avenue, he said in a lawsuit.

Steven J. Goodman, of Parkland, Fla., was visiting the Big Apple Nov. 15 when he sustained “serious” injuries because of the “negligently” placed display, which sat “above the staircase and handrail,” he said in court papers.

Goodman, 66, needed emergency medical care after the mishap and contended the store was aware of the “dangerous, and trap-like condition.”

He required “extensive medical treatment” and will need additional care in the future, he alleged.

Goodman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of EvAl Home Health Solutions, which owns and operates home health care companies across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, according to the company website.

He began his career as a sales and marketing executive with Xerox, according to his LinkedIn.
