Bethenny Frankel rocked “The Real Housewives of New York City” fans when she turned her back on the popular Bravo franchise not once but twice during her eight-season run, ending her reign as one of the series’ most divisive characters.

But much to the delight of her most dedicated supporters, the 53-year-old has not stopped delivering regular doses of her bold, blunt personality—she’s just changed the way in which she serves up her sass.

Having conquered the silver screen, Frankel has since switched her focus to social media—specifically, TikTok.

There, the mother of one has enjoyed multiple viral video successes. There was her infamous tirade against Chanel, her budget beauty series, and, of course, her quest to find the best chicken salad in the U.S.

Frankel is undoubtedly the star of the show when it comes to her TikToks, but there is one other element that has garnered some serious interest: her incredible $5.5 million Hamptons home, which is often the backdrop in her videos.

Frankel purchased the sprawling four-bedroom, four-bathroom Southampton mansion back in October 2023 for $5,450,000, having sold her previous Long Island property in nearby Bridgehampton, NY, in 2020.

Anyone familiar with the former reality TV star’s social media videos will undoubtedly recognize her new home’s unique wooden interior, although the listing photos reveal one major difference in the property before Frankel purchased it.

While the native New Yorker has maintained the stunning wood paneling that runs throughout much of the home, she opted to stain it white, rather than keep its natural hue.

“The wood was all really ugly and sort of just brown, and I just stuck with it but painted it, bleached it and made it the way I wanted it to be,” she revealed in a TikTok video posted shortly after she moved into the property.

She also appears to have made some chic yet subtle updates to the open-plan kitchen, installing new marble countertops and changing out the cabinetry for a more neutral look.

Frankel, who is single, has been spending much of her time at the Hamptons property, which backs on to the beach and boasts a swimming pool.

Frankel has showcased several areas in the home on the social media app, admitting back in June that she ‘gutted’ about ’85 percent’ of the property before moving in.

Spread across 3,500 square feet, the home has two private, upper and lower decks in the back. Both offer “stunning bay views,” according to the listing.

Frankel has proudly showcased her renovations of the home on TikTok, sharing her tips and tricks for achieving a chic look for less, while also revealing the aspects of any house transformation that she believes are worth extra expense.

In a video posted in June 2024, Frankel confessed that she had “gutted” about “85 percent” of the property before moving in—a process that took several months.

“I like to spend money on construction and things that hold value—not furnishings. That’s just my model. I don’t go crazy on furnishings,” she explained in the clip.

In another clip, Frankel revealed the multiple updates she had made to the garage, including installing laminate, wooden-look flooring and adding multiple pieces of art.

“I put art on the walls because I think of it as a space in the home, a functional space,” she shared.

The entrepreneur and Skinnygirl founder has also transformed the property’s loft space, turning it into a “beach house girl den” that can also be used to host guests.

“I built [it] for guests, for hanging out, for me to do [my] podcast and YouTube series,” she explained, while also noting that the space serves as a place for her to “do her glam.”

She added: “This is my hiding place, my ‘she shed.’”

Since moving into the home at the start of summer 2024, Frankel has filmed dozens of videos inside the space, many of which have quickly gone viral.

Viewers have fawned over the updates she made to the home. One TikTok commenter, who claimed to have stayed at the property before Frankel purchased it, praised her selections in the revamped primary bedroom.

“Literally the bedroom I stayed in when we rented this house a few summers ago,” the commenter wrote before gushing, “It looks so much better!”

Another impressed fan chimed in: “Classic, clean, elegant and timeless. Fabulous.”
