FKA twigs is turning heads with her daring style at The Crow premiere in New York City.
The singer, 36, who stars in the film alongside Bill Skarsgård, arrived at the Tuesday, Aug. 20 red carpet event in head-turning fashion.
The actress wore a satin black sheath gown with a sweetheart neckline. Two slim straps attached to a choker-like halter adorned the bodice, which included a boning effect.
She accessorized with a simple brown leather-like bangle and a black leather clutch, which had spaces for her fingers to be inserted, making it look like she was clawing at the purse.
The real showstopper was her hair. She maintained her buzzcut, but she wore a hair accessory that resembled a three-pronged claw. Three long points wrapped around her head, two near her ears and one in the middle of her head that pointed down to her bleached eyebrows.
However, the headpiece didn’t stop there. It was placed on top of a black wig with a ponytail style, rested at the back of her skull, and went down to her hips.
As for her glam, she left it simple, drawing all eyes to her hair. She wore a bright shimmery nude eyeshadow look and a baby pink lip gloss.
Twigs previously channeled the dark aesthetic of The Crow with her style back in June, when wore a gothic sheer zip-up dress for a photocall in London with Skarsgård. And — perhaps unintentionally — she wore another all-black look while strutting down the Vogue World: Paris runway in the form of a minidress with a ruffled skirt, plus her eye-catching hairstyle — a voluminous braided ponytail attached to her bald head.
Earlier in the week, the British performer was also photographed around the Big Apple decked out in her usually edgy outfits, including one sexy monochromatic ensemble that featured a handbag covered in hairy wig-like fabric.

The Crow remake comes 30 years after the release of the 1994 film, which starred the late Brandon Lee, who died in an accidental shooting on the movie’s set at age 28 during production in 1993. Both projects are based on the James O’Barr graphic novel from 1989.
In the movie, twigs and Skarsgård play Shelly Webster and Eric Daven, soulmates who are “brutally murdered when the demons of her dark past catch up with them,” reads an official synopsis.
“Given the chance to save his true love by sacrificing himself, Eric sets out to seek merciless revenge on their killers, traversing the worlds of the living and the dead to put the wrong things right.”
The Crow is in theaters on Aug. 23.
