Actor Kevin Spacey‘s waterfront Baltimore home sold at auction today, the Baltimore Sun reported.

According to the Sun, the public sale lasted “about 15 minutes outside of the Baltimore Circuit Court on Thursday.”

The winning bid: $3,240,000, according to the auction site Alex Cooper, which represented the property.

The now-disgraced “House of Cards” star, who faced and was acquitted of sexual assault charges in 2023, bought the property while starring in the Netflix drama.

The home was purchased in 2017 for $5,650,000 and is owned by an entity with ties to the actor. At one point, Spacey’s then-manager, Evan Lowenstein, claimed the apartment was his and not the actor’s.

However, Spacey acknowledged in a recent interview with Piers Morgan that his Baltimore home is “being foreclosed on and sold at auction.”

He added, “I have to go back to Baltimore and put all my things in storage. I’m not quite sure where I’m going to live now.”

Spacey also claimed he was broke and was going into foreclosure “because I can’t pay the bills that I owe.”

Here’s a look at the actor’s former home.

The five-level, 9,000-square-foot house sits at the end of a pier and juts into the harbor in the exclusive, gated Pier Homes at the Harborview community.

It’s a combination of two townhouses and features six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and three half-baths.

Other details include a chef’s kitchen, home theater, sauna, billiard room, and an elevator. The dwelling also incorporates multiple decks—most notably a 76-foot roof deck with a spa. Meanwhile, a four-car garage rounds out the property.

The auction site notes that the home was to be sold in “as is” condition and “with no warranty of any kind.”

The Oscar-winning actor starred in acclaimed films such as “The Usual Suspects” and “American Beauty.” In 2017, facing allegations of sexual misconduct, he was removed from the final season of “House of Cards.” Spacey denied the accusations and was found not liable in a New York lawsuit and was acquitted of charges in London.
