Jaylen Brown, star guard for the recently crowned NBA champion Boston Celtics, is selling his supremely cool penthouse for $4,750,000.

The corner-unit condo features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and almost 3,000 square feet of chic living space in the Fort Point area of Boston.

Located in a former textile factory building, this upscale condo conversion retains many century-old details. Highlights include rustic brick, exposed ductwork, wood beams on the 12-foot ceilings, and factory-sized windows.

The main living space encompasses the seating, dining, cooking, and gaming areas. (Yup, there’s room for a pool table. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, an island, and frosted-glass cabinets.

The building dates to 1916.

The primary suite has generous walk-in closets and a bathroom with double sinks. But the best part of this unique package is probably the 400-square-foot rooftop deck with a fire pit.

Brown was drafted by the Celtics in 2016 and has been with the team ever since. He’s a three-time NBA All-Star and was named the Finals MVP this year when Boston won its 18th NBA championship.

Brown picked up this city perch in 2021 for $5.5 million, so he’ll take a loss with the lower list price. Even so, he’s probably not too concerned as his current contract is worth more than $300 million, the highest in the league. He also owns a seven-bedroom mansion in Wellesley, MA.
