Nick Zano, star of the TV series “Legends of Tomorrow,” has accepted an offer on his Calabasas, CA, home.

The three-bedroom, three-bath home was on the market in May for $3,250,000. The offer Zano accepted was for $3,150,000.

The actor purchased the ranch-style property in 2018 for $1.6 million and had it on the rental market for $15,500 a month, most recently in 2020.

The artist retreat spans more than 2,200 square feet and sits on a half-acre by a lovely creek.

The home was built in 1961.

The renovated single-story home sits among a canopy of ancient oak trees. Banks of windows line the bright and airy living spaces, petite kitchen, and serene bedrooms.

There are high ceilings, concrete floors, and a brick fireplace in the main living area. The kitchen boasts open shelves, an apron-front sink, and attractive tile work. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet and spa bathroom.

Upgrades include a whole-house water filtration system and a termite-resistant deck (critical for the setting). There’s a detached building that is set up as a home gym.

The location is close to both the beach and the Santa Monica Mountains.

Zano got his start in show biz on MTV, where he worked as a correspondent hosting a show about the movie industry. He went on to appear in the WB’s “What I Like About You,” “2 Broke Girls,” and “Minority Report,” among other series.

Randy White contributed to this report.
