Jennifer Lopez truly was the belle of her own ball as she celebrated another year around the sun.

The singer, actress and producer turned 55 on July 24 with a “splendid” Bridgerton-themed garden birthday party in Hamptons, New York, where she’s been spending her summer amid reports of her strained marriage with Ben Affleck.

In an Instagram Reel set to the Bridgerton version of “Give Me Everything” by Pitbull, Ne-Yo and Afrojack, Lopez shared a glimpse at her Regency-era themed bash, including photos of her in a corseted ball gown that looked straight out of the hit Shonda Rhimes series, with its billowing multi-tiered skirt and ornate embroidery.

Lopez’s hairstyle was just as showstopping as it featured voluminous curls and intricate braiding styled into a sky-high updo.

In true JLo fashion, the “Can’t Get Enough” singer also decked out her nails in a mother-of-pearl manicure by nail artist Elle Gerstein, who shared her inspiration on Instagram.

The pro used a CND gel polish in the glittery shade Moonlight & Roses to achieve the “dreamy” set, which also featured “whimsical and elegant” gold chrome nail art.

Underneath Gerstein used CND’s Plexigel Bonder, which has multiple benefits, like prolonging a manicure’s wear time, and the Shellac No-Wipe Top Coat to add shine. She finished off the manicure CND’s moisturizing jojoba nail oil

However, one look wasn’t enough for the super star.

It appeared as though Lopez changed into a second dress — a ephemeral, green off the-shoulder-design with lace detailing — seen in videos of her having fun with friends and blowing out the candles on her birthday cake.

Lopez initially kicked off her birthday celebrations not in PJs, but in a sexy white swimsuit that showed off her famous glow. After her party, she changed into Lady Lynne silk pajamas by Eberjey, which she posted in a makeup-free Instagram photo.

A source recently told PEOPLE that Lopez’s summer “isn’t exactly what she originally had planned.” Although she’s “making the best of it” and is “grateful” for her family — and many of her fans

She showed just how much appreciation she has for those who’ve stuck by her side in a heartfelt Instagram caption on July 24.

“I really do have the best, most amazing fans in the world. I could never express how moved I am or how incredibly blessed I feel to have all of you be a part of my life. Thank you sooooo very much.” Lopez wrote.

“It’s hard to believe we have spent all this time together. It’s funny as I sit here contemplating on the most extraordinary journey I still feel like the same girl starting out so full of energy and bravado, so ready to take on the whole world on the outside and yet so tender, fragile and sometimes frightened but always full of love on the inside. I have so much love for you,” she added.
