Four men have been separately stung with multiple drug charges following a two-day blitz in Sydney‘s ritzy eastern suburbs.

NSW Police from the Eastern Suburbs Proactive Crime Team, Region Enforcement Squad South and High Visibility Policing Unit conducted the operations in Bondi on Friday and Saturday, targeting domestic violence and drug supply offences.

Police conducted 39 apprehended domestic violence order compliance checks, 25 bail compliance checks, 18 person searches, five vehicle searches, 18 random breath tests, 12 drug detections and issued six move-on directions, seizing multiple lots of drugs and cash.

A 23-year-old man was arrested at 7.40pm on Friday on Denham St Bondi, with police alleging he was in possession of 308g of cannabis, 72g of cannabis gummies and $2840 cash believed to be the proceeds of crime.

He’s since been charged with supply and supply of prohibited drug and deal with property proceeds of crime.

He will appear before Waverley Local Court in early September.

A second 19-year-old man was also arrested in Bondi at Castlefield St at about 8.45pm on Friday. Police will allege he was carrying eight grams of cocaine, and $7900 cash suspected of being the proceeds of crime.

He is slated to appear at Waverley Local Court in early September, and has been charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug, possess prohibited drug and deal with property proceeds of crime.

Two men were also separately on Hall St near Bondi Beach.

 A 21-year-old man was charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug and deal with property proceeds of crime, after police allege he was carrying seven grams of cocaine and $1300 cash suspected of being the proceeds of crime.

Following his arrest at about 12.50am on Sunday, the man was refused bail, before being granted bail at Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.

He will now front Waverley Local Court on August 8.

The second man, 34, was allegedly found with 12g of cocaine, seven grams of MDMA and $2500 cash suspected of being the proceeds of crime.

He was charged with three counts of supply prohibited drug and deal with property proceeds of crime, and will appear before Waverley Local Court on September 17.
