A British tourist who had a milk allergy has died after accidentally consuming a dairy product while on holiday in Morocco.

The woman was believed to be spending her vacation in a hotel in the Sidi Ibrahim Oasis area, on the outskirts of Marrakech.

After consuming the dairy product, she suffered ‘severe nausea’ leading her to be transferred to a private clinic.

She then passed away while at the clinic, according to information obtained by Kech24.

Sources suggest she was allergic to milk and its derivatives, which she is likely to have consumed by accident.
