Jinger Dugger Vuolo, an alum of the popular reality show “19 Kids and Counting,” and husband Jeremy Vuolo are putting down roots in Southern California.

On Aug. 1, the couple plunked down $1.9 million for a home in Newhall, CA, a small community in Santa Clarita.

The home was last sold for $1.75 million in 2022 to nearby Master’s University and Seminary, which had rented it out to the couple for a few years. Vuolo is pursuing graduate studies at the university.

Now the pair can trade a rental agreement for a mortgage payment. They secured a loan of $1.52 million to finance the purchase.

Jinger came to prominence as one of the Duggar family members on the popular TLC reality show that ran seven years. She eventually broke from the family’s deep roots in Arkansas and criticized their version of faith in a recent book titled “ Becoming Free Indeed.”

Past moves

After Jinger left Arkansas, the couple reportedly lived in Laredo, TX, for a bit before making tracks to Southern California in 2019. They then purchased a home in Los Angeles in 2022 for $830,000.

In June, they placed that five-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot abode on the market for $900,000, according to InTouch Weekly.

Bigger and better

But their new residence is substantially bigger, although it’s a bit farther north from the bright lights of the big city.

Built in 1980, The Tudor-style home on 5 acres has four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across 4,696 square feet.

All four bedrooms are on the upper floor, and the layout includes two fireplaces—one in the living room and one in the primary suite.

The couple explained on a recent episode of their podcast that have “moved multiple times in the last five years” before they landed in their current house. So perhaps this time’s the charm?

The 30-year-old Duggar Vuolo, in addition to appearing on “19 Kids and Counting,” also showed up on the spinoff show, “Counting On.”

In 2014, she co-authored a book with her sisters Jana, Jill, and Jessa, titled “Growing Up Duggar: It’s All About Relationships.” Jinger also hosts a podcast with her husband, titled “The Jinger & Jeremy Podcast.”
