Now, she and husband Austin Forsyth are moving on. The couple recently put their adorable home in Fayetteville, AR, on the market for $369,000.

After purchasing the property in 2016, the couple embarked on a “thoughtful” remodel of the 1958 build that provides “modern comforts” while maintaining its original charm.

The TV personality has been in the public eye for much of her life and also had a YouTube show, “Follow the Forsyths.” She’s since quit YouTube in order to focus on their family, she revealed in her last post a month ago.

Forsyth’s sweet residence, including her bedroom, was often in the background in her Instagram posts.

This photo of Austin, with one of the couple’s three children, was taken in the home’s open-plan living room, adjacent to the kitchen.

The 1,737-square-foot house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is lovely and naturally lit, with an open kitchen, dining space, and living area. A neutral palette of mostly white and gray is found throughout the remodeled interior.

Said to be “brimming with character,” the home boasts wood floors throughout, large windows, and built-ins. The modern kitchen includes an island with bar seating, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances.

Steps away, the living space includes a fireplace with a stone surround, and there’s also room for a dining table. A large porch expands the living space and offers a perch for entertaining or simply enjoying the natural surroundings.

There’s tile flooring in one of the updated bathrooms, while the primary bath has oversized, marblelike tile in the shower and vanity lights over the sink. There’s also a laundry room, ceiling fans, and floor-to-ceiling drapes on the windows.

Set on nearly an acre, the property opens directly onto Kessler Mountain Regional Park, which offers walking and biking trails.

Plus, the convenient locale is just 2.5 miles from the University of Arkansas and 1.5 miles from the freeway.

Duggar, 26, is the fifth of 19 children belonging to parents Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, who starred in the hit reality series, “19 kids and Counting.”

The TLC show ran for seven years until its cancellation in 2015. The show followed the Duggar family and their ever-expanding brood. The network canceled the program following reports of sexual molestation allegations against the couple’s son, Josh Duggar.

A spinoff show featuring some of the family’s adult children—”Jill & Jessa: Counting On“—also included Joy Duggar and aired from 2015 to 2021.
