Kamala Harris VP contender Mark Kelly warned daughter to take down posts about ‘p***y molly weed’ drugs and sex

When Arizona Senator Mark Kelly’s daughter posted photos of illegal drugs on her Instagram story, the now-vice presidential hopeful seemed to know they would come back to haunt him.

In 2020, Claire Kelly, then 23, posted a video on Instagram of what seems to be marijuana and and ecstasy, known as molly.

‘P***y molly weed,’ she captioned the video of a bag of the illicit drugs. Possession of ‘dangerous drug’ ecstasy is a felony in Arizona.

In another story, Claire screenshotted text messages sent from her dad warning her to take down her post.

‘Been busy today. Got 1 call and 2 emails about your Instagram account. I’m not interested in looking but I suspect what you posted would not be in anyone’s best interest. At least not yours or mine,’ Kelly, a  Democrat who joined the Senate that year, texted his daughter according to the post.

‘No my Instagram is fine,’ Claire texted her dad back. ‘Check for yourself.’

‘I’ll pass,’ said Kelly who is on Kamala Harris‘ short list for the No. 2 most powerful job in the world.

‘You know you that b**** when you cause all this conversation Always stay gracious, best revenge is you,’ she captioned it, adding ‘1 call and 2 email? Come on guys.’

The father-daughter duo has clearly moved beyond the incident and have been seen in photos together posted to his Facebook account.

At the time, she had just recently graduated from Arizona State University and was working at a communications firm.

Claire has since deleted her Instagram and X accounts associated with @clairekelly100.

According to internet history, she had tagged @ShuttleCDRKelly previous posts – which at one time belonged to the now-senator.

His now-wife Gabby Giffords tagged him in a birthday post in 2019 with the same handle.

DailyMail.com reached out to Kelly’s campaign for comment on his daughter’s text exchange and posts.
