The makeup mogul and the rapper hope the latest price reduction of $2 million attracts a buyer. They are still likely to come out ahead on the property, for which they paid $13.4 million in 2018.

The mansion was built in 1971 but extensively remodeled. It has 9,171 square feet of living space, including six bedrooms and nine baths. Highlights include a grand foyer, soaring ceilings, and opulent details.

The spacious floor plan incorporates living, dining, and entertaining areas, the listing notes, “creating an ideal setting for both intimate gathers and lavish soirees.”

The chef’s kitchen features a large center island and top-line appliances. The “lavish” primary suite includes a sitting area and fireplace, dual baths, and showroom-style closets.

Out back, there’s a pool, spa, lounging area, and dining space.

Other perks include a home theater, wine cellar, smart home technology, and a three-car garage.

Bonus: The estate comes with a one-bedroom guest unit, along with a detached security room, which is perfect for a paparazzi-averse buyer.

Both Jenner and Scott have long since moved on from this pad.

Jenner, for her part, snapped up a glorious $36.5 million Los Angeles mansion to add to her growing property portfolio. The 19,250-square-foot, seven-bedroom residence features a home theater, bars and a game room, a gym, a sport court, and an outdoor projection screen.

Scott also branched out, picking up a $23.5 million spec house in Brentwood in 2020.
