The charming Tudor built in 1901 has been “lovingly restored,” the listing notes.

The six-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence features six “meticulously restored” fireplaces, refurbished plaster, and a renovated kitchen with a butler’s pantry and blue-and-white checkerboard flooring. The heating and central AC systems are new.

Highlights include formal living and dining rooms, space for an office, and a screened porch. Out back, there’s a new pool and hot tub.

The property comes with a deep-water dock that can fit multiple boats.

According to news reports, in 2022, the stand-up comic sold two of his Manhattan homes: a Soho townhouse (which was sold at a loss, according to the New York Post) and a Greenwich Village apartment. He reportedly owns an apartment in the West Village.

The award-winning writer and producer, whose given name is Louis Székely, admitted to several incidents of sexual misconduct in 2017.

After facing initial criticism, he returned to standup in 2018, and in 2023, he performed a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden.
