The mother of a missing 15-year-old Sebastian Rogers is alleging that a YouTube personality is stalking and harassing her.

Rogers disappeared from his home in Hendersonville, Tennessee on February 26. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an AMBER Alert for Rogers, describing him as having “a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.”

Katie Proudfoot, Rogers’ mother, was granted a temporary order of protection against the person behind the YouTube account “Bullhorn Betty.” Proudfoot filed the order last week.

She claimed that Andra Griffin, known online as “Bullhorn Betty,” is stalking and harassing her and her family.

“She threatens us and posts ‘live’ while driving by our home,” Proudfoot said in the document obtained by WKRN.

She said Griffin accused the family of harming Rogers prior to his disappearance.

“She is dangerous and is threatening my and my family’s safety and telling her followers to help and do the same,” Proudfoot said.

Griffin told the outlet that what Proudfoot said was a “falsehood.”

“Driving on public property, on public roads, with a camera hanging out, there’s nothing unlawful about that. That happened over a month ago; it’s only the time I’ve been in the Hendersonville area,” Griffin said.

She said she has not received the temporary protection order yet. She claimed she is innocent.

“It appears for her to get an ex parte order from everything I am reading, she would have to say I am an imminent threat to her life and I am in Florida,” Griffin said. “I have never laid eyes on this woman in the flesh. I have never reached out to her by phone, email, or text messages; I have never even responded to any of her Facebook posts. I haven’t talked to this lady.”

Griffin said she is focused on finding Rogers and returning him home safely.

“I don’t like the drama on the channel, and the more I resist it and keep it focused on Sebastian, the more these distractions keep coming up,” she said.

The temporary order prevents Griffin from coming within 100 feet of Proudfoot or her home.

A hearing in the case was scheduled for Wednesday at the Sumner County Courthouse.
