A two-bedroom detached house in Boldon Colliery, Tyne and Wear, has hit the market for just £15,000.
The house, which has been listed for sale at auction via online agency Zoopla, is a two-up two-down that could be a developer’s dream.
Extensive work would be required to turn the house into a forever home though – as furnished items are few and far between.
