A student at a prestigious business school was in the Big Apple for a summer internship at Citibank when he allegedly went on a sex-crimes spree, authorities and sources say.

Overachieving pervert Chamberlain Nw-iue, a 21-year-old rising senior at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, tried to rape one of his victims the day after being freed without bail in another attack, according to cops and Manhattan prosecutors.

The twisted suspect later boasted to cops about his knowledge of women — and claimed his eye contact with his attempted-rape victim beforehand was enough of an “invitation” for him to come into her apartment, authorities said.

“When you’ve had interactions with the opposite sex for a while, you can read the signals. It was like an invitation to come to her apartment to see what’s up,” the sicko said, according to newly released court documents.

Nw-iue told police he had been in the city for about a month and was working for Citibank when he was arrested in his first attack June 27, prosecutors said.

In that incident, the suspect assaulted a woman at the corner of Perry and Bleecker streets in the heart of Greenwich Village by sliding his hand down her pants and squeezing her butt, the district attorney’s office said.

The perv then tried kissing the woman before she screamed for help, said prosecutors — who charged Nw-iue with forcible touching and sexual abuse in the attack.

Prosecutors asked for $5,000 bail for Nw-iue since he wasn’t living permanently in the Big Apple, but Judge Valentina Morales opted for supervised release.

Nw-iue ended up attacking another woman just 24 hours later, authorities said.

Prosecutors said the creep’s criminal behavor “escalated” with the attempted rape of the second woman in her East 95th Street apartment in East Harlem, where he followed the victim, who was walking her dog, inside her building before forcing his way inside her room.

The sex fiend then told the victim to “f–king calm down” and that he was “going to have sex with [her],” Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Julia Hooks said in court, adding that the victim was only saved when a doorman heard her cries for help.

When police came to the apartment, they found Nw-iue holding the victim inside and arrested him, authorities said.

“At the time the defendant was arrested, [Nw-iue] was in custody and made comments about other women that he saw, stating in substance, ‘I would f–k her,’ ” Hooks said, according to a court transcript.

Nw-iue allegedly tried downplaying the rape attempt to cops by bragging about how much he knew about women.

Nw-iue pleaded not guilty to attempted rape and other charges at his Supreme Court arraignment. Obtained by NY Post

“Sometimes you just have interactions with the eyes, and it’s clear what’s being said. Once you’ve done this for a while it’s pretty apparent,” he said, according to court documents.

Nw-iue pleaded not guilty Monday to to burglary in the first degree as a sexually motivated felony and attempted-rape charges at his Manhattan Supreme Court arraignment, where Judge Curtis Farber held him on $100,000 cash bail.

Nwi-ue, who is from Indianapolis, lasted just 10 days at his Citibank internship before he was fired for behavioral issues, the financial firm said.

“This individual is not a Citi employee. He was terminated within two weeks of starting his internship because of complaints about behavior,” a Citibank rep told The Post.

Chamberlain studies finance and law, ethics, and decision-making at Indiana University, where he is a member of the Kelley Student Government, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Nwi-ue also claims to be a member of Goldman Sachs’ “Emerging Leaders Series,” a five-week mentorship program at the bank, according to his LinkedIn.

The Legal Aid Society, which represents Nwi-ue, declined to comment.

An Indiana University representative confirmed Nwi-ue is a student at its Bloomington campus.

Nwi-ue returns to court Nov. 4.
