A wannabe rapper has come under fire after posting a music video which showed vehicles doing wheelies and burnouts.

Amateur rap artist TKO, whose real name is Tommy Owens, this week released a new clip on Youtube for his latest song TKO Eldorado, which was filmed on a street in Seaford, south-west of Adelaide

The music video has since attracted the attention of South Australia Police and the local council because it captured motorcycle riders doing wheelie and motorists performing burnouts in various sports cars.

In the clip, which appears to have been filmed in an industrial area, the artist was seen rapping on the road as at least three motorcycles took turns doing wheelies and burnouts.

One rider on a bike displaying L plates appeared to do a burnout at an intersection with smoke coming from his back wheel.

Some of the wheelies were filmed from inside a car driving alongside the bikes.

At the start of the clip, visibility of the road is low due to smoke from the cars doing doughnuts.

A disclaimer at the start of the video states that all stunts were performed by professionals and that it was filmed on a closed road.

But the City of Onkaparinga has told Seven News that they never received any applications to close the road or to request a required filming permit.

South Australia Police have also referred the matter to its Traffic Support Branch to investigate further for potential driving offences.

‘Police will follow up on vision showing dangerous or criminal acts and will take action where necessary,’ police said.

SA Police Commissioner Grant Stevens said the video depicted ‘reckless’ acts.

‘Notwithstanding it’s on a closed road, it’s reckless behaviour that can cause harm to people and we don’t encourage that activity,’ he told NewsCorp.

The rapper took to social media on Thursday to bite back at the reports.

‘I don’t know if anyone seen me on the news but what a f***ing bunch of horse dribble, hey,’ TKO said.

‘Supposedly I’m the leader of a bike crew …. f***ing idiots mate … all I can say is suck it from the back.’

Daily Mail Australia has contacted TKO and South Australia Police for further comment.

The film clip has attracted 22,000 views in just two days

The popular rapper has been upfront about his past and even appeared on Network 7’s Sunday Night with Melissa Doyle, talking about his rough upbringing and how he turned his life around.
