It’s going to be a while before the next 3D Legend of Zelda game starring Link arrives, but at least you can pass some of the time with the official Zelda manga, which happens to be on sale at Amazon right now. Fans can pick up select Legendary Edition releases of the Zelda manga for as much as 40% off their normal $20 price tags. The Ocarina of Time volume is the cheapest of the bunch, costing just $12.30 thanks to this limited-time discount. The Legend of Zelda Manga: Legendary Edition deals

The Legendary Editions collect full arcs of the manga, each of which puts its own spin on the mainline games in the franchise, including Ocarina of Time, Majora’s Mask, and Oracle of Ages/Seasons. The series features the work of Akira Himekawa, a manga tag team duo who work under the aliases of A. Honda and S. Nagano. Like other manga published by Viz, each volume reads from right to left, but these Legendary Editions are larger than the average pocket-sized paperback manga format and feature eye-catching covers and color inserts.

If you’re looking for more Zelda manga deals, you can also pick up the complete The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past comic by Shotaro Ishinomori for $17 (was $20). The series originally ran in Nintendo Power in the early 1990s. The book loosely follows the plot of the game, offering a wildly different interpretation of the SNES classic.

While these Legend of Zelda manga releases give fans a new way to experience Link’s many adventures, Zelda will soon be starring in her own game, The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. The game is the first Nintendo-made game in the series to feature Zelda as the main playable character, turning the familiar Zelda formula on its head and having players strike out on a quest to save Link instead. Echoes of Wisdom is set to launch on Nintendo Switch on September 26, and preorders are available now.
