Netflix’s hit real estate soap opera “ Selling Sunset” is gearing up for its eighth season, and it seems there’s plenty of drama and scandal in store for viewers.

In a recent teaser for the newest episodes of the much-loved reality series, fans are treated to a sneak peek at the many impressive mansions the show’s cast members will be showing—plus, a look at the behind-the-scenes tension that will erupt among its glamorous realtors.

The series follows real-life real estate agency The Oppenheim Group, owned by twin brothers Brett and Jason Oppenheim, which now faces what the brothers call a “s**t market.”

In the teaser, they tell the all-female, dressed-to-kill agents based in Los Angeles: “If you want to work at The Oppenheim Group, you have to solve problems.”

Making moves

As fans of the show know, the agents encounter problems that are both professional and very personal. And they navigate it all in sky-high stilettos.

Your favorite agents are all back this season: Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Emma Hernan, Amanza Smith, Chelsea Lazkani, Bre Tiesi, and Nicole Young. And there’s also a new face in the teaser: agent Alanna Whittaker.

While the teaser opens with Chrishell toasting the group, “Cheers to moving forward, good mojo, and new beginnings,” the mood changes when Bre asks, “Is my dagger straight?”

That’s right, we can expect yet another catty and cutthroat season.

Divorce drama

One storyline appears to revolve around Chelsea’s surprise split from husband Jeff Lazkani, with whom she shares two children.

Her personal problems appear to be the source of lots of office gossip this season, as Bre is heard saying ominously, “I heard information that could really affect families, marriages.”

Later, someone drops a bombshell that “I did hear something about Chelsea’s husband.”

A phone is passed around to Chrishell, Amanza, and Mary, who cover their mouths in what appears to be shock. A shot follows of Bre, who says, “They say don’t shoot the messenger, but she’s definitely going to shoot me.”

Chelsea then confesses to the camera in tears, “I don’t want to do this. I can’t do this.”

Dog drama

Mary and Jason, who had previously dated, and share custody of their two dogs, comfort each other as Jason tells Mary about one of the older pooches: “We don’t have that long with him,” he reveals. They hug and are in tears.

In another scene, the cast is shown in black and Chrishell (who also dated her boss) gives Jason a hug, suggesting perhaps that they are saying goodbye to the faithful four-footed friend.

Ritzy real estate

In between all of the personal crises, these women and two men do have some real estate to sell. After all, it’s the name of the show!

So what lavish listings are in store for us? There appears to be an entire Western town in the desert, an impressive modern mansion that’s a “work of art,” and “one of the most expensive houses in the world.” There’s also a glimpse of the famous Invisible House in Joshua Tree.

We’re promised looks inside in all of them.

Jason also vows to his team that he’ll ring the bell—which hangs in the office for agents to ring once they close a deal—if “I sell something over $40 [million].”

Chrishell cheekily asks, “How about if you date someone over 40?”

Meanwhile, Bre sums up the tone of the coming season best when she insists, “Relationships, friendships, everything’s gonna change.”

All 11 episodes of Season 8 launch Sept. 6 on Netflix.
