HOWELL, Mich. – Former President Donald Trump wants the death penalty for child rapists, felonies for doctors who perform transgender surgeries on minors without parental consent and a return to “stop and frisk” policing, he announced Tuesday in a crime-centered speech that blasted Vice President Kamala Harris’ “anti-police” policies.

“I am announcing today that I will be asking for the death penalty for child rapists and child traffickers,” Trump is expected to say in his remarks at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department in Howell, Mich.

“And to protect our children from sexual mutilation, we will make it a felony for any medical professional to perform surgery on a minor without parental consent,” the 78-year-old GOP presidential candidate said.

Trump also vowed to “aggressively prosecute dangerous criminals who violate existing gun laws — including by returning to ‘Stop and Frisk,’” which has been criticized by the left for invoking arrests based on racism.

“Kamala Harris will deliver crime, chaos, destruction and death,” Trump argued. “I will deliver law, order, safety, and peace. And I will protect those who protect us.”

The former president, standing in front of three gleaming Livingston County Sheriff’s Department SUVs, also promised to provide law enforcement with “reinforcements” if he’s elected in November.

“Under my leadership, we will make a record investment in hiring, retention, and training for police officers,” Trump will say.
